We want you wearing body jewellery that is well fit to your unique anatomy and meant to be worn for a lifetime. All of our jewellery is guaranteed against *manufacturer defects and on any occasion your jewellery doesn't meet that expectation we will have it replaced or repaired on your behalf.

Kindly refrain from bringing guests to your appointment. We are a small shared space and any guests may be asked to leave the studio

We ask that you avoid arriving earlier than 5 minutes for your appointment. If you arrive earlier, we may ask that you return at the time of your reservation

If you don't see the piercing or service you are looking for, we don't offer it at this time

You will not be charged at the time of your booking. The price displayed is collected after your appointment is complete or charged if you cancel last minute / no-show

Relic does not work with outside studio jewelry for ALL services. Unless you have proof of purchase from a verified piercing manufacturer that offers a lifetime warranty on their jewelry. Ex: BVLA, Anatometal, Neometal, etc. If you aren't sure, please email hey@relicottawa.ca. We want to ensure your safety by only working with verifiable safe materials

Your bill will be broken down by the piercing service fee + the cost of jewellery + sterile saline aftercare (optional) + hst
Example Invoice: 2 ear piercings $60 + Basic Titanium Stud $55 each x 2 = $110 + Aftercare (Optional) $15 = $185 + tax
