STUDIO POLICY & INFORMATION

APPOINTMENT ONLY

Relic is strictly appointment-based. Walk-ins cannot be accommodated.

 

AGE REQUIREMENTS

• All services are available to clients 16+

• Nipple piercings are 18+ only

 

I.D. REQUIREMENTS

You must present a physical, government-issued photo ID that is not expired.

 

Photos or digital copies are not accepted.

 

Acceptable ID:

• Driver’s Licence

• Provincial ID Card

• Passport

• Canadian Military Identification Card

• Status Card

• Firearms Licence

• Permanent Residency Card

 

GUEST POLICY

Please refrain from bringing guests to your appointment. Relic is a small, shared space, and any guests will be asked to leave the studio.

 

ARRIVAL TIME

Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early for your appointment, as early arrivals may disrupt the reservation before you. If you arrive earlier, you may be asked to return at your scheduled time.

 

SERVICE AVAILABILITY

If you do not see a piercing or service listed, it is not offered at this time.

 

PAYMENT & CANCELLATIONS

You will not be charged at the time of booking. Prices are collected after your appointment is completed, or charged in the event of a last-minute cancellation or no-show.

 

JEWELLERY POLICY

• All new, healing, or irritated piercings must use sterile, implant-grade jewellery provided by Relic

• Jewellery purchased elsewhere may only be installed in fully healed piercings

• Outside jewellery must arrive in a sealed plastic bag or container (no ring boxes or fabric packaging)

• Relic is not responsible for loss or damage to jewellery not purchased in-studio

• Poor-quality or incorrectly sized jewellery may be refused at the piercer’s discretion

 

PRICING & BILLING INFORMATION

Your bill is broken down as follows:

 

Piercing service fee + jewellery cost + sterile saline aftercare (optional) + HST

 

Example Invoice:
2 ear piercings ($60)

• Basic Titanium Studs ($55 each × 2 = $110)

• Aftercare (optional) $15
  = $185 + tax

 

SERVICE FEES

• 1 Piercing: $40

• + $20 per additional piercing on the same area of the body

IMPLANT-GRADE TITANIUM & NIOBIUM

 

Studs:

• Beads, simple shapes, disks: $55–$65

• Genuine stones (jade, tiger’s eye, green onyx, black onyx, garnet, smoky quartz, etc.): $60–$80

• Faceted CZ (2–4mm, prong-set): $65–$80

• Faceted CZ trinity: $90–$100

• Decorative ends: $120+

 

Rings:

• Plain seam or hinged rings: $40–$50

• Fixed bead rings: $55+

• Decorative rings: $120+

 

Nipple Barbells:

• Basic with titanium beads: $80

• Forward-facing with gems: $120–$130

 

Navel Barbells:
Pricing varies based on anatomy and jewellery style.

• Floating navel styles: $70–$120+

• Classic navel barbells: $95–$150+

 

14K–18K SOLID GOLD

 

Studs:

• Bead or disk: $145–$190

• CZ prong: $140–$185

• Intricate designs & genuine stones: $180–$500+

 

Rings:

• Seam rings: $155+

• Decorative rings: $200–$800+

 

Nipple & Navel Barbells:
Custom ordered following a consultation. These piercings often require multiple downsizes and can be costly when starting with gold. We strongly recommend beginning with titanium until final sizing is confirmed.
 

AFTERCARE​

Recommended but optional.

• Steri-Wash Sterile Saline Mist: $15
   

 

IMPORTANT NOTES

Prices are per piece of jewellery (not sold as pairs) and may vary depending on availability and the cost of precious metals. Gold pricing fluctuates based on colour, supplier, and market value and is currently at a record high.

 

For your health and safety, all jewellery is final sale and single-use for fresh piercings.
