How do I prepare for my appointment?
1. Avoid sun exposure/tanning & burning up to 2 weeks before your appointment
2. Get a good nights rest
3. Do not arrive hungover
3. Eat a substantial meal 1-1.5 hours before. You are welcome to bring snacks & drinks to your appointment.
4. Wear comfortable fitting clothing that is easily accessible to the area being worked on, or a change of clothing to bring with you. We also recommend wearing dark clothing for tattoos, as ink may splatter and stain.
5. Valid government photo ID - even if you've had an appointment with us prior.
6. Prepare you travel plans ahead of time
How can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
We understand things come up! Here's how you can re-schedule your appointment:
PIERCING You may cancel or re-schedule your appointment up to 24 hours before with no penalty, otherwise you will be charged 100% of the service fee booked. If your appointment is not confirmed with card & the Pre-Intake form 24 hours prior, your appointment will be forfeited.
TATTOO To adjust your appointment please contact your artist directly via email. We require minimum 48 hours notice to reschedule your appointment without losing your deposit. Any last minute cancellations and no-shows will result in forfeiting your deposit and requiring a new one to re-book.
